John Engell
John Engell is Chair of the Department of English & Comparative
Literature at San Jose State University
where he teaches American Literature, film, and creative writing.
He has
published poetry, literary criticism, a play and theatre reviews. His
short stories have appeared in a number of journals including the
Chattahoochee Review, South Dakota Review, South Carolina Review and the Carolina
Quarterly.
He is currently completing revisions on his first novel.
